I made some coconut macaroons last night (although I had to wait until the morning to get some natural light for the photographs). They were so easy to make… 110g desiccated coconut, 75g sugar and one egg white mixed together then shaped into flattened balls and then baked at 180C for 10 or so minutes. I decided to dip them in milk chocolate once cooled and they tasted like a Bounty! I would definitely recommend making these!
