This weekend we had our friends over to stay. My other half cooked up a trio of delicious curries for dinner and I made James Martin’s Baked Chocolate Mousse Cake for dessert. Our friends are chocoholics so it was an obvious choice. It was also pretty light so it didn’t finish us off after the indian feast!
