Merry Christmas! I haven't had much time over the Christmas period to do much baking due to a heavy itinerary of eating, drinking and opening presents (including Rachel Allen's book 'Cake' and a polka dot cake stand). However, I managed to make this festive pavlova topped with whipped cream sweetened with a bit of icing sugar, clementine segments and raspberries. It went down a treat!
